Heal yourself

Individual therapy for the one everyone else leans on

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, burnout, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or emotional exhaustion, individual therapy provides a confidential space to better understand yourself, develop healthier coping strategies, and create lasting change.

When you are the strong one and you are running on empty

You are the professional everyone depends on, or the woman holding her family together, or the caregiver who rarely slows down long enough to care for herself. From the outside that reads as strength. On the inside it can sound like anxiety that will not switch off, burnout, a low stretch that looks a lot like depression, a change you did not choose, or plain emotional exhaustion.

Charli also sees clients for PTSD and for grief and loss. None of it needs to be sorted into the right category before you call. The practice is built on one line: you don't have to carry it all alone.

One client, Bernice Boyden, wrote in a Google review that Charli “creates a safe, non-judgmental space that allows for real honesty and growth.”

How the 50 minutes run, what they cost and where they happen

A private session is 50 minutes and costs $175. Charli Wright, MA, LMFT, brings a 14-year clinical background and a systemic lens, which means she looks at you inside the family, the job and the relationships around you, not as a problem sitting alone in a chair. Her treatment models are Systems Theory, CBT and Solution-Focused therapy, with Mindfulness and Spirituality woven through.

The practice is based in Charlotte, NC, and individual sessions are virtual on a HIPAA-compliant platform for residents of North Carolina, South Carolina, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Start with the free 15-minute consultation, or call (267) 536-2554.

Aetna and United Healthcare can be billed for individual therapy. HSA and FSA cards are accepted. Medicaid and Medicare are not. Otherwise this is a private-pay practice: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Zelle and Apple Pay.

What changes after, and how to know it is time to come back or go deeper

Several clients mention the emotional detox. Alexis Pyne wrote that it “allowed me to feel lighter and allowed me to have clearer thinking.” Ebony Cobb wrote, “After completing it, I felt lighter and more aware of what I've been carrying.” Kysha S., a client for about a year and a half, wrote, “I have seen such an increase in my confidence overall.”

Some people come for a season and stop. Others notice the real work sits between two people and move on to couples therapy or family therapy. Others get steadier and want to design what comes next, which is what life coaching is for.

If the old weight comes back, or a new change lands on you, you can book another session or begin again with a call. Nothing about a first round closes the door.
