Heal yourself
Life coaching: design your future
Action-oriented and forward-looking. Coaching is for the person who knows what needs to change and wants a clear next step, then another one.
You know what you want to change and you do not have a plan yet
You run the meeting, the household, the group chat and the calendar for everyone else. Your own next step keeps getting pushed to a week that never arrives. You do not need to be told you are capable. You need the space and the structure to decide what comes next.
Bianca Riboul put it this way on the practice's reviews page: “She truly listens and helps me to identify actionable steps to make changes in my life.”

How coaching runs: one hour, $120, built around what comes next
Life coaching at WrightNOW is called Design Your Future, and it is action-oriented and forward-looking. A session is one hour and costs $120.
The difference from therapy is simple. Therapy heals the past and manages clinical concerns like anxiety, depression or trauma. Coaching is about the future. If you are not sure which one you need, the free 15-minute consultation is the place to sort it out, and you can read about individual therapy in the meantime.
The team page lists Jasmyn Frisby as Life Coach and Reiki Healer, alongside Charli Wright and Melissa Wiltshire. The practice is based in Charlotte, NC, and most sessions are virtual on a HIPAA-compliant platform for residents of North Carolina, South Carolina, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Insurance applies to individual therapy only, so coaching is private pay. Call (267) 536-2554 with questions.
What changes after, and when to bring therapy back in
The point of a coaching hour is something you can act on before the next one: a decision made, a boundary named, a plan with a first move you can actually start.
If the plan keeps stalling on something older, such as grief you have not finished or anxiety that follows you into every new idea, that is worth raising in the consultation. It may be a therapy question rather than a coaching one, and both doors are in the same practice.
