A circle of their own, twice a month.
You are the one who noticed. The extra quiet at dinner, the door closed a little longer than it used to be. You don’t have to carry that alone, and neither does your teen.
What’s the TEA is WrightNOW’s support circle for teens ages 14 to 18, one of the practice’s therapist-led group programs. It meets twice a month, virtually for every location and in person in Pennsylvania, for $50 a month.

A teen doesn’t live in a circle by themselves.
Some weeks the answer is a place of their own. Some weeks it is everyone at the table. Family therapy with Charli Wright, MA, LMFT is ninety minutes for $250 with everyone who lives inside the pattern, and in North Carolina she can come to you for $300.
